I made this post ofter at TFW2005, but no one so far as been willing to offer any help. Maybe my fellow Canucks know more about these:
I recently obtained a number of individually carded Beast Wars II mini pvc figures from Japan (Takara 1998). They come from a set of ten, I think, and I have eight of the ten.

07: Big Horn
08: Starscream

However, I've never seen them before in this form. I've seen them as a gift set of ten cast in translucent blue plastic (Beast Collection Special 10), but never individually carded and painted.
Can anyone provide me with more information about these toys, their origin, and availability?
They have me puzzled. I can't find anything in English or Japanese (not that I can read Japanese) about these figures except as an unpainted a giftset of 10
