Re: ShelfLife Beta Test Announcement: Very Exciting Stuff

Any picture upload capabilities in the works for Internet Explorer?

Also, I used to be able to see my collection at a glance. Now when I select the "Collect" button I am told that I have x products across x catalogs, but cannot see them unless I navigate to a specific catalog. And there is no indication of which catalog I have to navigate to, just go from memory. Is there a way for at least the relevant catalogs for someone's collection to be displayed or indicated somehow on their own "collect" page?

I hear you....this is a side effect of some other upgrades we're making. Nick should have fixed shortly, at least in terms of restoring how things were working up until a few days ago.

Thanks for your patience,

James

Hey everyone. The home page for Collect mode wasn't showing products, and that's been fixed now.

You guys really love Internet Exploder, eh? Any chance you could use Chrome or Firefox until the photo upload problem with IE's been fixed?

Ugg...

I've been trying to get my parents away from that disaster of a browser for years (especially because my dad uses his computer for work), but it seems like the unforgivable performance & constant incompatibly issues aren't enough to sway them, yet.

It's funny everyone goes on about IE but I have no issues with it ever, aside from not being able to upload pics to shelflife.

Ya I've never understood the issues with IE either. It's always worked just fine for me. I've tried Firefox before and found it to be much more awkward to use with no obvious advantages.

So many people hate Internet Exploder because it has an abysmal track record when it comes to security, web standards, and interoperability. This is a pretty good article that goes into a few more details.

Re: ShelfLife Beta Test Announcement: Very Exciting Stuff

Sooo i've had a crisis and actually am continuing to have a crisis that has given me a huge headache. I rented the macro lens with the hopes of taking photos for the UK action master line. Over the course of the past two days -i've gone through the whole basement because i'm missing my sidewipe, bombshell and my Powerflash. Also found that one of my 'complete' transformers isn't complete and finding parts is going to give me endless headaches -(this one concerns you Brrrr-icy ) .Sorry had to unload this stress here cus my gf doesn't really get it ... oh the only one positive thing - i found a GRand Maximus "Cerebros" gun in the box of the incomplete transformer.
