Hasbro is releasing both thundercracker and skywarp for FOC. Glad I didn't buy the Takara skywarp. I am loving all of these generations and 30th Ann figures... not so much love for beast hunters...those deluxes are crap.

No shit. I bought the Takara Skywarp. Oh well, I guess the Takara one will still look better than the Hasbro one. Maybe I can get the Hasbro one and make it a purple rain seeker...

Re: Botcon 2013 - Transformers New Product Panel Coverage

Hasbro really hit it out of the part with the 30th ann/Generations figures that they showed today, Prime stuff I think Im going to be skipping after Sharkticon Megs and a few of those great repaints that are coming out later this year but except for the new Predaking they showed I want nothing to do with the Beast Hunters figs that they showed, as the late Ed the sock used to say "CRRAAAAAAAAAAP!"
I know he's not dead but come on...his celebrity is, lol.

lol, sorry, but turns out Ed the Sock is returning from the celebrity afterlife to MuchMusic, heard it recently on the radio. I don't actually watch MM so no idea if it's true.

Very nice. I wish there was a way for Rinox's lower jaw to expand out to form that triangular shape like the cartoon. Ah well, still bought on sight.

Re: Botcon 2013 - Transformers New Product Panel Coverage

That prowl looks really unpainted, nothing on the back end and unpainted wheels always look cheap as hell.

What is Hasbro doing with those upscaled Cyberverse figure?! There's a ton of cool repaints they could do with molds they already have (Deluxe Flamewar? Lockdown from the Vehicon mold? Where is the jet vehicon Hasbro!) and now they're going to put out those ridiculously over simplified gigantified Legions and Commander class figures? Why do we need ANOTHER Beast Hunter Bumblebee, Prime, Smokescreen and Predaking when you already got them on the shelves? When the show is ENDING!

I bet the old and new Predaking (and the ultimate one) will end up shelfwarming together for a year! Augh.

Are they trying to create three age range of Transformers? Rescue Bots, Beast Hunter giant Cyberverse, and Generations? Is that the plan?
