As for the price offered. That's pretty much what I thought was going to be offered. That's how Pawnshops make money. They don't make money by paying $100 for something that's worth $100 and selling it for $100. They buy at say $50 and sell for $100. Any collector with that much high end stuff should know the only way they're going to get full dollar value for the collection is if they sell it themselves, but that means putting time into doing it. Time equals money.

It's a GREAT collection, but there's no WAY I'd want to go to the trouble to piece it out. It'd probably take a month of full time work sitting at an ebay page to sell all that stuff. It could
easily cost 5 grand in labour to sell all that stuff. Think of the trouble it generally is to ebay just
one thing, let alone
thousands. Listing them, answering questions, fielding offers, dealing with assholes, and if everything goes as expected, packing up stuff so it doesn't break, shipping it all... man it'd be hell
