Iacon North: The Manitoba Transformers Fan Club Fundraising Garage Sale

On Sunday August 29th the membership of Iacon North will be hosting a Garage Sale/Fundraiser, 640 Denson Place 11am-3pm.

All kinds of items will be avaiable including Transformers(duh!), Star Wars, He-Man, Movies, Video Games, Books, Hardware, Clothes, comics, all kinds of stuff. A few surprises as well.

We're looking not only to raise funds for Fan Club expenses, but a portion of the procedes will go to Andrew Wildman's Draw The World Together charity as well, and will be presented to him at C4 this October.

If you get a chance be sure to swing by and see if any deals are to your liking!

Will trades be allowed? Or sales? Then they could be sold at a higher price then they were bought for.

Thanks.

We're working hard at it. We've attended two conventions with the Fan Club hosting a table promoting Transformers at each. The first was last October and the second was just a month back this past July.

I guess that makes this Garage sale our third official like event. We're hoping to get bigger and better as we go.

DayoftheDead dropped some stuff of to sell so we're starting to accumulate some stuff.

Re: Iacon North: The Manitoba Transformers Fan Club Fundraising Garage Sale

Just going through some of the donations for the garage sale. looks like we have about 30 Transformers Comics from Marvel to IDW, as well as a tone of other comics from across genres. X-Men, Spiderman, Alien, Sledge Hammer, Mad Balls, Star Wars, Superman, Batman, Justice League and more.

Transformers Comics will go for $1 each(many are brand new) and all other comics will be 2 for a $1.

Toy wise we'll have a lot of loose stuff available, great for customs and such. I'll post a more detailed list tomorrow.

And Enviroment Canada is saying we might get some rain so we'll have to keep that in mind as well.
