Looking for info on value of g1 transformers

Hey everyone I found these at a garage sale last week for $1 each!!! Having a hard time finding a value for them especially insecticon venom. Any help would be appreciated

lol ya I was pretty excited to see them at a garage sale. Do you have any idea what they could be worth ? I've seen astrotrain in similar condition for around $80 but cant seem to find venom anywhere

nice find
maybe about 50-70 on the venom, condition dependent. You also have value added items 5 on the instructions, maybe 5 on the 2 mail aways and 5-15 on stickersheet depending if it's unused or partially used. You've got semi rough c-7 box at about 25, another 25 if you have the insert/bubble.
I'd say 80-100 on the package

Just look for him on e-bay and select the box for "sold listings" like that you can see what they sold at. Its the easiest way.

I hate to be the debbie downer here, are we sure these aren't knockoffs? The condition, especially on Astrotrain, is fantastic, almost TOO good, and it doesn't look like there's a huge amount of wear or discoloration on the boxes either.

Even then, they'll likely be worth way more than a dollar, but were these two among the ones that were knocked off in recent years? Astrotrain got several reissues, IIRC.

If they're not, that's an incredible score for a buck, seeing as both look complete and, as I said, in fantastic condition.

Venom was never knocked off
astrotrain was knocked off but never in a bilingual canadian box which is what those are.

By the eye test, the astrotrain looks authentic and it might be a stretch that everything including the instructions is real except for the astrotrain bot itself

astrotrain official reissues were white and black except the ehobby which came in toon accurate colours

That gives me hope that in 2017 g1 tf can still be found at garage sales!!Predahank knows g1 stuff I use out!


Also that tip on eBay and searching completed items is a great tip!
