Thanks for posting. Absolutely hate that they made this the only way to get Hound. But thankfully my Edge discount still applies, so that softens the blow a bit. May end up selling the rest of them.

Hound was available at retail a couple years ago. These are all just repaints, with the cell-shaded windscreens, like the Kup and Cliffjumper reissues.

Edit: Looks like that was only Siege Hound. Crap, does that mean I need this set now?

That being said, Sunstreaker was actually pretty hard to find at one point, though I think it got a second release, and the price came down.

All that, of course, is just my own internal monologue, telling myself I don't need this set, because I already have all these figures...

Yeah, I’m hesitant on this one, since I have modeed versions of Jazz and Sunstreaker already, and wheeljack / trailbreaker aren’t upgrades at all.

I’d only want Hound. :/ They’ll probably release it on its own years from now lol

The Allspark Blue windshields make this a pass for me, even with Hound. Fortunately the Siege version can pass for some kind of high tech prototype Jeep so that'll be good enough to fill his slot for now.

I pre-ordered this set but not sure if i'll end up keeping it. I was late to the party collecting modern transformers. Started collecting at the beginning of WFC Kingdom, so I missed out on Sunstreaker and Traibreaker. Sunstreaker is going for crazy prices and even Traibreaker is hard to find for a decent price so this might be the best bet to get those two as well as Hound. I already have Jazz and Wheeljack so I'll likely end up selling those two.

If we knew they were going to re-release the Earthrise versions or release SS86 versions of Sunstreaker and Traibreaker i wouldn't bother with this set. I'd prefer to have the darker Earthrise Traibreaker and a darker Hound which i'm sure will be released eventually.
