Was just at a GameStop in London and was informed that Crashbar, Shrapnel and Crosscut have a street date of May.

I picked up Prowl, as he was not marked as dated in the system as of an hour or so ago, but I would not be surprised if he followed.

May has been their date since they were listed. What happens 9/10 is that toys come in early to GameStop. The release date then changes.

Other etailers have gotten the deluxes. I expect the release dates will shift in the next week or two at GS.

Shrapnels release date has changed to tomorrow, 29 Mar, on the website.

It's odd that Commander Class Armada Prime hasn't gone up for preorder anywhere yet, but there's a bunch of reviews of the figure on YouTube already.
