Re: Outrun Collectibles - No longer in business
Congratulations Mr. Hachey you are now a bigger dick than the owner at NMC Toys.
I'm guessing he'll be giving up going to any future cons as I'm sure there would be a lot of members there who would have words with him if he did, lol.
And as others have said, as much as there are other local companies with better reps, this really does leave for a bad experience with pre-ordering and will make me rethink how and where I order from to avoid situations like this.

Re: Outrun Collectibles - No longer in business
Paying up front for a preorder over a year away just seems crazy to me. Not sure why people do it and expect reliable results. This applies to video games too. Do not buy pre-release, alpha or beta games hoping they will eventually come out and be good. Look what happened to cyberpunk. Minimum Viable Product (MVP) has been a buzz word in these industries for over a decade.
Also dont recommend harrassing him, because it is harassment. Business fail all the time, just a nature of business. Making solid choices where you spend your money is the individuals responsibility.

Re: Outrun Collectibles - No longer in business
Did you get this email in out of the blue, or was it in response to an email you sent?
