If you bought it online you can even just their form for price matching. I find it faster and easier than calling in.

... so I got my two sets in today. One for a friend. I'm VERY glad I was hasty and ordered Chromia and Prime from YoNoid, because the second set to part out? Quickswitch is missing a WHEEL.

Sold out online, nothing locally. Will see if Hasbro can just send me out the part, otherwise the whole set will have to go back. Lame.

lol wtf... I should check my quick switch. I had a defect with the rodimus head. Spoke to Hasbro and they indicated there are no replacement parts since it's an exclusive set.
maybe buy a sixshot and take the wheel off that?

haha. I was most likely flipping Quickswitch anyways so I'll just return it. Shame but oh well.

Nobody has reported set sightings in Edmonton yet but their computers said they were "in transit" earlier this week. Maybe I'll luck out and be able to do an exchange.

But this is why I'm really glad I jumped the gun and bought from you, dude!
