Funny it has changed over time so I guess it' snot really a Holy Grail anymore

Superion, Devastator,and Predaking ( and Menasor) Combiners, and now the 3rd party companies have done them Those! Just waiting for Defensor now

When I first started collecting back during the BW days I so very badly wanted TM2 Cybershark and TM2 Blackarachnia, and I scoured every store I came across for a very long time searching for them when they were first released. As time passed Beast Era toys went off my radar but then I found a complete (aside from missiles) and in great condition TM2 Cybershark in the loose case at my local comics shop for less than $10. For the months possibly years I spent looking for that one to have it come so easy and out of the blue long after I stopped looking was surreal, but oh so very cool... Of course I still need Blackarachnia but I don't expect that to ever happen.

More recently I wanted to get an Alternity - Convoy (Vibrant Red) for my collection of Optimii. Was finally able to scratch that one off my list at TFCon 2014.

Now I just look for various other Optimii I don't yet have I particularly want a Toyota FJ Cruiser - Optimus Prime (Red Version) but nobody carried that one in any colour last TFCon which left me quite disappointed.

Until then I am collecting just my favourite G1 characters in their MP incarnations so Optimus Prime, Grimlock, Sideswipe, Prowl, and Wheeljack (is on his way). Can't justify 3 Datsuns or multiple Lamborghinis but very content to own each mold and the best representations ever produced for my favourite G1 characters, luckily for my wallet I never really liked Smokescreen, Streak or Red Alert. Might have to buy both Ratchet and Ironhide though if they get the MP treatment.

Everyone has so many good grails.

I've even had a few of them at one point. The craziest thing I ever use to own however was the original G1 Arcee Prototype. Bought it off a recluse collector in Oshawa who was rich off his ball sack. (his mom used to own Beatrice Milk) I'm not talking pink Chromedome, I'm talking the OG mold. It was a brick. It transformed somewhat like Blurr if I recall correctly.

Like a complete moron I sold it for about $500 when I needed money to go back to school. Lost track of it, and for a while even tried to help the owner of Rabbid Squirrel track it down because he had money to burn and was probably the biggest Arcee Fanboy I had ever met. (Fun Fact: Rabbid Squirrel was the first ever production 3rd party product for transformers. Made the A.R.C. female robots. Take a guess what THEY were)
