It shouldn't when I got my Pulse stuff "adjusted" they took the waybill and simply refunded then recharged me and I got a refund of the difference along with a new receipt.

NOTE: Didn't have to bring the items with me, just the waybill that came with the shipments.

It’s quiet inconvenient we need to bring receipt to the store for the money refund. I don’t get why they can’t just have that option on their website.

I have brought my packing-slips in-store for adjustments probably going on two years now.

Their first ever online discount for signing-in with your Edge just happened last week on October 1st. If you signed-in and got DC Funkos that they had on sale, they gave you double your Edge discount, so a $9.99 Pop was either $7.99 or $6.99. It was properly calculated as you added them to cart and at checkout.

So, my guess is like everything these days, it may be coming just slowly.

Just confirming I successfully did the same thing and got my items adjusted with the edge discount when I took my way bill/ packing slip in store.

Bought lady Jaye online then took the receipt with the figure in-store and got my edge discount. Done this many times. Fyi the joes are great updates. Have most of the line, just need Vipers or Cobra Soldier.
