ordering at nippon yasan

Bought 2 figures from them box came in .. opened it ..only 1 box is inside.. I msg them they said the other box might be shipped separately.. what ? So y I only have 1 tracking number ? Has this happened to any member before at nippon yasan ?

Yes, this is possible to split the order. They do this for larger parcels to save on shipping and to comply with dimension restriction on certain shipping methods like "Eco-Registered Small Packets". They did this when I ordered MP-13B and MP-12G together.

Check your emails because I received two emails. There was one shipping notice email which contained a tracking number. The other email was a "New Message Regarding Your Order xxxxx". On my account page I clicked on the order and right at the bottom they appended the second tracking number.

Of course this assumes you paid for a tracking number. If not, just wait it out. But it sounds like you did. Check your account page.

Check your inbox and spam folder for any emails N-Y may have sent close to your "shipped" email date. Maybe they just forgot to append it.

What did you buy btw? Just wondering what the size of the items were.

Also on the customs form on the box, does it indicate how many items are inside and does the total value include both or just one item.

Ok so this is good in a way. If it said 2 items, I would be more worried. I think you just have to wait. In the meantime, ask N-Y to provide the second tracking number since you did not receive an email about it and it wasn't appended on the order history page. Somebody probably missed that step.

I did that I asked them for the 2nd tracking like 4 hours ago still waiting.. if they dont answer back will make a claim at paypal will send it all back

Just remember there is a ~12 hour time difference. I usually will get a response by the next business day or two.

You've got 45 days from the payment date to make a claim so using that you can figure out what the absolute latest day you can file a claim.

I am still waiting for my MP-23 shipped from NY on March 23. I used SAL so no tracking...
