Re: Optimus Prime in Video Games
Good research here...page 2, Mystery of Convoy: You're playing as Ultra Magnus, not Optimus....the whole game is about figuring out what happened to the suddenly disappeared Optimus.

lol - no kidding. Good old ign...
I forgot about that Animated DS game. It sounds a lot like those Lost Vikings games...which I liked. I wouldn't mind tracking Animated down some day.

Re: Optimus Prime in Video Games
Didn't GI Awakening come out BEFORE the DS Animated game?
EDIT: Wait never mind, it did. For some reason, I Thought of the PS2 title.

Re: Optimus Prime in Video Games
For some reason I thought this article was going to be about homages to Optimus Prime in non-TF video games. Like Liberty Prime in Fallout 3 or Hoptimus Prime in Fable 2. Should have known better. That would have take more research than simply typing in "transformers" into GameFAQs' search bar.

Re: Optimus Prime in Video Games
I'm baffled when the writer says that the Animated Game "much like the show wasn't very memorable"
I don't think their research was all that extensive

Agreed. Though I never played the game, the show was definetely memorable.
Protoman should be a free lance writer to every single company in the world, and if they want to have a Transformers article, it would be accurate and full of details.
