LOL! True, but you did say something about Vancouver and we all know that's one of the most expensive places in Canada to live. I was just being curious, not trying to pry.

mps are usually preordered from japan. G1 stuff I buy/sell/trade with locals (you'll run into the usual suspects) and sometimes boardies. 3p stuff from asia and sometimes ages 3 and up in lougheed mall, to support local brick and mortar. I also scour craigslist and the odd yard sale for interesting finds. Generally anywhere I can find good deals, be it amazon, walmart.ca, ebay, tru etc

happy hunting!

Beautiful cases/shelves. I've been looking for similar ones but they're so expensive. Probably about $1k each, right?

$1700 ea but it came with led lights and storage cabinets underneath for all those pesky boxes. I also used thicker glass. I added more led strip lighting bought from amazon.

Why did you do that just now?

Magicians should never tell.

Very nice!!!

Suggest a projector for your room, just as cheap as the tv and it will work on your wall. Mine does

Re: Predahank's mancave

I did give a projector some thought. It would have saved me many man hours running wires through the wall studs and cabinets. In the end I opted for the 75" 4k samsung

I really am a stay at home dad. I took 5 years off to raise my daughter until she starts school, that's why I'm always lurking on these boards

Wow, grats on you, that's not easy to do, especially being a guy as people still seem to have this daft expectation that men should be the bread winners.

As Howard Wallowitz on the big bang theory says, wife came with fun bags and money bags eh? LOL.

I would love to take 5 years off to be with my boy
