Re: EBgames.ca Transformers Sightings

I guess they lost and found a bunch of Ectotron from last summer?

Re: EBgames.ca Transformers Sightings

Score! I missed out on the initial release's pre-order window, so this works out.

Of course it has to happen a few days after I get my last credit card statement and think "Man, I gotta cut back on my spending for a little bit. OK, no new TF purchases for at least a month" But I'll take the hit this once because of extenuating circumstances

Re: EBgames.ca Transformers Sightings

Just saw on the EB Games website you can pre-order the New Transformers Video Game called Battlegrounds
and it's due out October 23rd, this year. Appears to be using Transformers from the latest Cyberverse show.

That's cool, but I thought they would have made a game based on War for Cybertron (Seige, Earthrise etc.) rather than Cyberverse. Definitely looks more like a game for kids.

Re: EBgames.ca Transformers Sightings

I finally picked up the G1 Ecto-1 reissue this past weekend at EB Games. Cool figure and will display nicely with my Mattel Ghostbusters figures. Slimer was a great bonus!

So much for those folks who said last year that there would only be one chance to get them and that there was no possibility of a reissue.

I missed out last year and was not going to hunt for one or was not going all out on my bank account... but I happened to found a few last Sat. One came home with me and will go nicely with my Ghostbusters MP-10!

But is it really a reissue or just new old stock?

No idea to be honest. I'm only saying a reissue since it took a year for stores to restock.

You could right though; BBTS had preorders for this figure for the longest time.
