Heavy Mods & Scratchbuilds help need input if anyones got any

I have had hearts of steel HOS01 build kit for a couple years is it worth building and should I paint limbs before I atempt to build this thing lots of wires and small pieces and the instructions are not that helpful as it says I have to cut remove stuf yadda,yadda yadda so any thoughts and or suggestions would help or somone who has actually built one as this thing was hot when it came out!

how is airbrushing would it work? and where would I buy it finding it hard to find a gundam marker to paint my purple starscream ie. where. I asked toys r us they used to carry them but because of lack of sales and sniffers they dont sell them anymore. art supplies not too many asian giftstores in winnipeg...help!

You'd have better luck finding gundam markers or paint pens at a hobby store. Michaels even carries some items.

got my markers gonna paint 2 pack starscream into skywarp will post pictures when done and if those markers work HOS01 is next!

Citadel Paints from Games Workshop work well
Forgeworld.co.uk has kits you can even apply weathering and battle damage if you so desire.
