I don't know how much Hasbro knows about the inner workings of the Hasbro Toy Shop since, despite the name, they don't run it. I believe they've contracted the store out to a third party. It would be nice to know why they don't ship outside of the USA, though.

Back to questions:

Why aren't Canadian release dates the same as US release dates? Is it the different packaging? Do Canadian retailers request different dates than American retailers? Are American retailers guaranteed to be the first to get TF products? (And if so, what happened with Animated Wave 1?)

I can understand delays for non-North-American countries, since shipping large volumes takes time. But shipping to Canada can't take much longer than shipping to all parts of the US. Is Canadian Customs delaying things?

Another vote for the "When will HTS start shipping to Canada?" question. I want those Universe Special Editions. Not to mention SDCC exclusives. OR why not just make them available through the TFClub? What's the point in joining if they can't get the same stuff HTS can?
