Try eBay for the rest. You should be able to get most of them for under $20 shipped.

Except of course Grimlock and possibly Prime. Depends on whether you can be patient or not.

Yay, Jetwing Prime coin found and paid for!!!!

I want to avoid online stores, since shipping would be close to $15USD for a coin. Ideally I'd like to be around the $10 shipped mark. Cheap I know, but it's what I paid for all the ones I've acquired so far so that's my benchmark. I know I won't get Grimlock for that though, I'm not delusional.
