The Argo thing still bugs me, but not enough to pile on the hate. His voice has deepened enough since his early days so that helps. He looked okay enough in the Dare Devil outfit from what I remember. And as others have said give him a chance and he might do what Heath Ledger and Anne Hathaway did. They weren't cast because they flipped a coin or rolled a die, someone saw something we aren't aware yet.

Re: Ben Affleck is the next Batman?!?!!!

^Breaking bad. How apropos.

http://movies.cosmicbooknews.com/con...trong-sinestro (If this site is accurate.)

"Bryan Cranston has been cast as Lex Luthor in what is said to be at least a six "appearance" deal (think of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury popping up in every Marvel movie in the run-up to Avengers) and may be as high as ten."

^On one hand I'm very happy about it and for him, but I'm sad he'll never be able to keep his hair grown again lol.

"Regarding Ben Affleck, we are told he has allegedly a 13-appearance deal for Batman."

^Interesting. The Nick Fury of DC.

"DC also does have major interest in bringing Matt Damon into the Justice League now that Affleck is on board, and it is rumored that he is being considered for Aquaman or Martian Manhunter."

^LOL. Aquaman.

http://movies.cosmicbooknews.com/con...justice-league

Regarding Ben Affleck, he was #3 on the list, behind the two aforementioned names (Tyler Hoechlin and Karl Urban).

We've been told WB went with Affleck because they love his dedication as an actor and director.

It's said Ben Affleck made a "HUGE" positive impression on Warner Bros. during the Justice League talks, "they feel he truly gets it."

^I was optimistic that I thought he was chosen because he did a audition or something and someone saw something in his performance or something. But now I feel it was a corporate decision. I just hope a giant robot spider doesn't appear.

Now I'm more curious as to what the suit will look like. I hope the Bale suit dies off because it's the worst ever.

Also the voice. I think people who dislike this casting would forget about it if he doesn't pull the Bale voice out.

Seriously? Do you remember this?

Or this?

Or these?

Personally I think the suit in Batman Begins was great. TDK/TDKR suit was more...well...armor plated.

I want to see the grey/black suit from the comics to happen, at least a lighter black.
