Our thoughts are with his friends, band mates and children this evening. Linkin Park was featured on the first three soundtracks of the Transformers live action film franchise. They contributed their songs “What I’ve Done” to the first film, “New Divide” » Continue Reading.

Shitty news for sure. I don't listen to very much rock or alternative music, but when I do, Linkin Park is one of the few bands in that genre that I genuinely enjoy listening to. RIP. May his demons haunt him never more.

Always 1 asshole.. It's ok though. He's from new York and probably listens to backstreet boys so just ignore him I guess.
He was a great talent and will be missed.
One of my fav band's.

Re: Chester Bennington of Linkin Park, Dead at 41
What can we take from his death? So it isn't in vain?
I'm seeing a lot of posts about people who suffer depression to reach out. Sometimes though, it's with sad news like this, that we realize in hindsight, those subtle cues and instances that now make sense were just that- reaching out. The problem today is that nobody wants to hear it. There's this unspoken rule that we can only project happy. It's not easy to reach out through the mask. So my message to anyone who cares, is to listen. To look past the outer layer of people and see what's really there. Listen to hear not only the words people say, but where it's coming from. Someone you love may be reaching out the best way they can, and nobody is listening.
