I had some issues with them awhile back and had several customer service emails not responded to. I finally got ahold of someone and got it fixed but after this Galvatron comes in, I’m done dealing with them.

Are they perfect? No. But every issue I’ve had was resolved fairly. Yes, there could be delays on orders on occasion, but to be fair, for me, they have always fulfilled their orders. They have never cancelled an order once processed. And the fact that they have an actual store that I can go to in order to pick up my stuff is a plus for me.

Heads up! Headmasters retro G1 now at Walmart. Bought 4, supposed to be 7 in total (only found 4 at stores). You can view the listings but stock is not tracked (stores have em even if stocktrack.ca says 0). Unfortunately the buying spree had some doofus crash into my car so it’s been an expensive hunt for me

No, they used to be really good, but their customer service got so bad that i had several emails not responded to. That was enough for me to look elsewhere. You do you, but i won't be treated that way by a store that i spend hundreds at every year. I'm done with them.

Edit: of course, i finally get an email from them regarding Galvatron the day after posting thjs. I imagine someone there watches this board.

My local Walmart had all of wave 2 of the retro Headmasters today. Even in multiple numbers. Back in spring/early summer I was looking in every walmart in my area all the time. I could never found them, except Hardhead one time, but he’s one I didn’t wanted. I was frustrated and ended up ordering them on Pulse, which was expensive because of the shipping. Oh well...

It seems ToysRUs has plenty selects Galvatron with shoulder fixed. So anyone interested instead can buy from there.
