For my own Autobot Medics set: Just got off Amazon's Customer Service - I preferred to use their online chat; did NOT feel like using the phone - and was informed they're also sending me a replacement (latest arrival date is supposed to be the 18th), because my first one was damaged (like several others here). Wish me luck, chicos y chicas.

Medics were out for delivery today. Purolator updated at 5 saying it was delayed.

On my 4th and final attempt at ordering the ratchet set, finally it shows up. Ordered as a gift and it shipped with intelcom but somehow ended up at Halton hills anyways. Ordering figures shouldn't be this difficult, there is something really wrong at that halton hills facility. I really hope you guys get your sets.

I went through online chat. I asked if they had information as to why my orders (gave them two order numbers) kept getting delayed. The client rep just said sorry and offered the 20$ credit. Didn't have to twist their arm or anything.

My medics were supposed to arrrive today. Did not. Asked CS about it and the guy just said woops we lost it in transit. I mentioned that Halton Hills seems to have issues with this item. He just said we're sorry and that he updated my noted to deliver it ASAP.

Pretty useless talk all things considered. We'll see if I get it at all.

My order has been delayed and expected to be delivered between 14-20th. Exact same BS as last time. Halton Hell, departs facility but no mention of it being on its way. It's like the delivery driver picked it up and just left it in their vehicle.
Ordered a third set as a gift just in case this one falls through like last time. Even mentioned in my delivery instructions I don't care if the package is damaged, delivery will not be refused.
If this order and my backup order both come through I'll post one for sale at cost so some lucky person doesn't have to deal this crap
