Not-a-retool, Not-a-repaint list?

all pretenders(except grimlock,bb,jazz and ss),all the smaller double targetmasters and all the headmasters(except bases)have never been retooled/repainted.(the megapretenders crossblades and thunderwing were repainted for the japanese market though)

Well for Movie 1 - almost all were redone 2-4 times.
For Cybertron, almost all were done 2 times over. Dirtboss maybe didn't get a remake.
Animated was pretty unique.
Armada I don't know that well.
Classics and Universe were very character specific obviously... so I don't expect Tankor to be repainted. Sideswipe and Seeker molds obviously are designed to be multiples.

Not just G1.... I'm more interested in a pattern for current strategy and expectations on future repaints.

Do we want to count figures that were never released in North America? What about figures that weren't really changed, but were re-released? What about stuff like lucky draws?

Overlord and Doubledealer come to mind. And the Autobot/Decepticon clones, if you don't want to count they themselves as a retool. The G2 Axelerators, the G2 Rotor Force and Color changers, as well, right?
