With any luck HasbroPulse will straighten FedEx out and they'll give up and just ship Hades Megatron to you again, same as with me.

^ Ah.
I talked with HasbroPulse and they straightened things out with FedEx so I didn't have to pay after the fact, but as long as you have your Megs.
Hope HasbroPulse figures things out for you too.

Ok final update on the FedEx charges I had to pay for Prime Megs... after sending a pic of my pink FedEx form, they sent me a full refund of those charges in USD since that's all they deal with. Great customer service!

How much custom or duties charge was Fedex going to charge you ?
And what did you tell Hasbro pulse to convince them to refund you ?
I M asking because I ordered the seacons
ANd worried I will be in same situation as you with regards to fedex.

If it helps you any, I sent an e-mail about the situation to Hasbro Pulse customer service when FedEx left me a voicemail asking $21.45 CAD for taxes/duties. The Hasbro rep assigned to my case (Mike IIRC) took a few days and I ended up sending him pictures of the door tag FedEx left me as well, but he resolved everything with FedEx and they shipped my order back out with no strings attached.

It was only the Prime Megs from all my various HP orders last year. There must've been a form error because no other orders were hit by FedEx. HP charges all taxes when you pay, so you should never pay anything on delivery.
