I was charged for my Breakdown/JV pack and Hades Megatron pack on Monday. Guess they'll be heading out soon-ish.
Are there any customs fees that FedEx tries to haggle with on delivery? Shipping them to my folk's house to make sure someone receives it.

Just got a bizarre FedEx voicemail saying I need to pay them $15 for a delivery... not sure if it is King Poseidon? Someone messed up at HP doing the forms.
Update: It was $5 GST and $10.50 handling fee for the Hades Prime reissue which we should not have to pay, so I emailed HP about it.
The King Poseidon shipping box was laughably oversized. 4 feet by 3 feet by 1 foot. SO many bubbles.

I got the same voicemail. $21.25 for Hades Megatron which I'm horribly confused by because of how gougey it is.
Will be e-mailing Pulse CS myself. I don't want to be paying $20 CAD every time, especially since these geniuses are shipping Hades Megs now and Breakdown later for me.

They have been good all year when I received my HP Exclusives. First one I had to pay for. It is GST (and other taxes) plus a $10.50 FedEx handling charge.
Looking at the form it says "bill third party" for fees so maybe just an error on the paperwork for this batch?

I'm in the exact same boat as you. Got the automated call from FedEx today for $14.98 and was like WTF? It isn't even $100 and I've had other items from Pulse arrive with no issues. Look forward to reading the response you get from them.
