Re: questions about the action figure expo

heh, it might be if you're selling there!

I've been wondering the same thing about how much tf stuff there will be there. Through the hectic first hour and a bit and the many sellers at TFCon I got some great deals I'd be glad to repeat (except with different figures).

there are too many factors to answer that question. I personally will not ditch work for any convention because i like my job and i don't work on weekends.

but there will be a lot of dealers there and some are from the states that may bring up some figures that is not been sold by Canadian retail stores. then there is always parts trading and lightsaber "playing". (note to dealers: I'm really hopping to get Alt ravage this year. Hint hint...)

You can always call in sick or book it off, can't you?

Or some sudden unfortunate event happened! (Knock on wood)

Re: questions about the action figure expo

Last year's show was actually very good - many dealers from TFCon showed up from TFCon 2006 so there will definitely be a large representation of TF dealers. What's even better is that there are other dealers who sell all sorts of 80's toys and they typically have tf's for much cheaper. Their prices aren't as outrageous with respect to prices since they are not too knowledgeable about the figures' values... the only downside is that most of these figures are not in the best of shape or are missing weapons/parts.

Also, I believe Kool Toyz will be there.

Hope that helps with your decision.
