On another note, the Mcarthurglen Outlets is now open. Unless you are taking the train, it's probably best to stay away for the next week or two. Its bonkers there. A lot of people late for work yesterday (YVR/UPS/Canadapost).

I only had time to stop by the Nike Outlet and prices seem on par with US give or take $5-$10 maybe? Its been awhile since I drove down to the states.

I decided take a look at NY again which I've avoided lately since their shipping prices seem to have gone up. I ended up placing an order as the shipping seems to be on par with the other etailers in this case. Lowest shipping price is 3300 YEN on a boat, with an estimated delivery of 3 months after release. Opted for Registered SAL at 5000 YEN. You could get it sooner with EMS for an extra 400 YEN, but I heard the chances of it getting hit for duty might be higher with EMS.
