I do wonder if Amazon might get fed up with doing TF preorders considering Hasbro's batting average of delivering on time. However it could also be plague related delays so who knows.

Unless it says the item was shipped when you check you orders, it's not shipped. Usually 'Arriving tomorow by X' means it was shipped though.

No, it really doesn't. If the item was shipped it will say "on its way" and "arriving tomorrow by x" just means thst it is supposed to be there by thst time but there is no guarantee that it will be if it hasn't shipped my orders all say arriving by Wednesday by 8 pm but nothing has yet shipped. Same thing happened with my ironhide and prowl set and Amazon csncelled my order instead of saying we'll get back to you when it's in stock. Amazon has really dropped the ball with all of their exclusives.

an email shipping confirmation and charge to your card is how you check to see if things are actually shipped.

Amazon had the release dates for Wave 3 deluxes wrong, they said Nov 1st when everywhere else has the 10th.

They can't handle their own exclusives. They just cancelled their GI Joe Classified Arctic Storm Shadow exclusive. It is not good news that these TFs have no release dates still.
Amazon Prime Day is next week. I would be prepared for more than Gray Optimus to magically show up in-stock. Or just be completely ignored altogether.
