DOTM: Nemesis Prime

Well I wanted to do a DOTM: Nemesis Prime, but did not want to use OP, so why not use the Megatron mold, do something different.

- DOTM Optimus head, added some "battle damage".
- Chopped the fingers back.
- New smoke stacks.
- Added a new MACK dog on the hood.
- Placards "1863" jet fuel added to the sides of the tank and rear bumper.
- Weathering/rust effects.
- Painted in lacquers and dullcote.
