Hi All,

I'm an active member on TFW with lots of positive feedback from buyers worldwide. This thread is really just for my CDN sales - stuff I have available for local Toronto meet ups. I'm also willing to ship anywhere in Canada (cost is paid by buyer). Advantage of CDN sales is that you get the items in hand WAY faster (1-2 days for local GTA and 3-7 days for across Canada).

All figures brand new factory sealed unless noted with a *. Items with a * were at most transformed once and then put either behind glass or back in their box. All adult owned.

I ordered KO MP Soundwave and had an intest in KO Arcee emailed in. When the Soundwave became available I responded to the invoice with payment.
Having never dealt with a company who did business this way, I opted to see how the first order went before going through with any others, even though I recieved an invoice for Arcee shortly after making payment for Soundwave.
About a month later, Arcee shows up.
So, I sent a message stating that isn't what I paid for, and that I would like my Soundwave.
The response was that I needed to pay for Arcee before they would send Soundwave.
At this point I felt taken advantage of, and suggested that they send Soundwave and that upon arrival I would pay for Arcee.
After 4 or 5 days if back and forth emails, escalating tensions and moving on to talk with someone higher up the company chain, it came to this demand from them-
I have to pay to ship Arcee back to Asia to get a refund for Soundwave or for them to send Soundwave.

I finally suggested that they refund me the difference. I keep Arcee and wash my hands of it. This was my 4th attempt at buying an MP Soundwave, with the first being refunded, and 3 rogue sellers.

My personal experience with rubadubspawn is that they are prone to make a mistake, and unable to own up to them, will be hostile and manipulative in order to push the buyer around. Perhaps others have had a better experience, but I cannot in good concience not share my story.
