I agree 100%... why buy it in the first place!

I was going to post the same thing.

Do you really need the approval of everyone on the boards if you should keep a figure or not?

Here is an easy tool that you can use when deciding to keep a recently bought toy.

1. Do I like the character?
2. Did I need to tap into this month’s rent and/or food budget for the month to purchase said toy.
3. Do I like things that transform?

If you answered no to #1 and #3 and yes to #2 then DO not buy the toy in question.

If you answer maybe to one or more, check out the reviews section on tfw or youtube.

If you answered yes to #1 and 3, but no to #2 l then go for it, take the plunge, do look back, etc, etc.

And to quote (and Paraphrase) the great Forrest Gump.
'Transformers are like a box of Chocolates, you never know how completely bad ass or ridiculously terrible it is until you take it of the box and play with it`

Here here....if you did not want the figure why buy it?

I understand having a change of heart....if you do sell it.

What place do logic and reason have here? :P

Seriously though, I think it is a great figure and that is why I bought it. I'd put it as one of the top Megatron figures of all time even. But only you can answer if you should keep it.

Its a product of the recession. Maybe people are regretting spending that 60 bucks on a toy when it could have went elsewhere like beer and strippers LOLOL

Perhaps our fellow members are asking because they don't want to have to return the item opened?

In this case it wasn't that simple for me. I was out looking for Leader Ultra Magnus and Leader Bulkhead. I only found Bulkhead and Megatron. So due both to the great price and the fact that I could not find Magnus, I decided to pick up Megatron.

When I got home I pondered owning a second Animated Megatron (as I already have a different version). I mean, I really only bought him because I did not find Magnus. The question then became do I open him, or do I go and return him? Rather than opening a toy and then returning it (which is pretty weak in my opinion) I was wondering what other people thought of the figure as I value other peoples opinions on this board. That's all people.

...anywhoo, thank you to those who have given me very helpful information on the toy. Aren't message boards great. The review link was very helpful! And,

I did not realize that his alt. mode was different so that pretty much sealed the deal for me! I am keeping him.

And unfortunately, my Magnus void will go on wanting.
