quick thing, we got the 10% coupon when we signed up (back when it 1st launched the program), and held on it, waiting for a good sale in-store w/ product we were after

it actually ended up expiring, had to call customer service

You occasionally get deals, until one day they stop sending them to you for whatever reason. I haven't gotten any of the emails since last year.

Wait for a big ticket item to be available (Such as Skylynx or Scorponok), which won't sell out in less than an hour, for the sign up coupon code perk.

I also received a coupon code this summer for $15 off a $75+ purchase, which I managed to double dip, with using it online -and- in-person, because they were two separate kinds of coupon codes, heh heh...

And of course the 90-day return policy/price adjustment time frame is nice too.

Keep in mind it doesn't work like a points card, more like... they know they can email you when they might have a promo. I still give my number at the till when they ask for it or phone number.

R club also extends your return policy. So its worth it just for that.
