RCSS has regional flyer but the coupons are usually national. There's no harm checking it out. I think their DOTM toys prices are on par with everyone else.

After doing some math, I realised buying a voyager at full pop $29.99 and get a “free” deluxe is not different than a typical sales when voyager hits $19.99 and deluxe at $9.99 price point. Nonetheless, it’s tempting to get DOTM voyager Megatron plus a Generations deluxe.

Seems to also be here in Ontario... at least it shows up in the online flyer when I set my local store to an Ontario one...
