Probably online somewhere.
When we had no Target, Zellers used to carry the Target exclusives, but now that they're both gone, you're probably SOL finding it locally.

Is there a toy store in the GTA that sells third party figures? I am thinking like Ages Three & Up... where they have an actual store in a suburb of Vancouver and they carry many third party transformers in-store. Is there such a shop in the GTA? Thanks.

Not that I'm aware of, but Slayback lives in the GTA, and the couple times I've bought from him we've always arranged a meet up.
