I would never have thought about Red Alert for Hardhead. Awesome! Now tell me you've figured out a way to make it an actualy Headmaster.

Ya Hardhead you made a good choice there, kinda looks like the IDW Earth mode for him. I'm tempted to try this now when I have time....in 2015...I'd also try making Ironhide and Ratchet out of Towline but I'm holding off to see if the classics line will release them as previously announced.

You can always drill a few holes/slits so that the original G1 Hardhead Headmaster can fit onto the torso while the original Red Alert's head is into the body.

People seem to be really digging the Hardhead...Hopefully he turns out pretty cool. I found perfect colors for him.
