grab an orion pax, take it to customer service, tell them some of the other figures in the line aren't in stock (ie on the shelves), GET A RAINCHECK for 4 or 8figures, mention you resell on ebay or something if they look at you weird for getting 4 units.
it only works at walmart if the item is in the sale flier, im not sure about target, but i do it all the time at TRU, still have a raincheck slip in my jacket pocket for BH deluxes@ $4.99, 2 of the 4 i claimed to get my kids some cheap TF xmas presents
