Heavy Mods & Scratchbuilds Fallen Heros Rotorstorm

Cmon kid, Shazam!!!!11!!!1! My final bot for the Fallen Heros charity project. Ya I know Im late...... TFcon does that to you lol

Rotorstorm was a huge challenge for me. After building the first 5 bots I was running on empty in the creativity department. I dug deep and this is what I came up with. The bots used were a Universe Acidstorm, and a ROTF Vortex with extra bits and styrene. Rotorstorm was painted with, Krylon Blue Ocean Breeze, Krylon Bahama Sea, Krylon Outdoor Spaces Satin Watermelon, Kyrlon Fusion Sunbeam and Krylon Fusion White. Rotorstorm has the usual wash and battle damage, and can you believe from start to finish he was built in 8 days. All I gotta say is, "Im a pro kid now!"

I can't get over how great Rotorstorm turned out, Cliff! Like I said, my favorite piece out of the Fallen Heroes set.

I really love the blue you used for him. It's not too garish but still harkens back to the European/G2 colours. I was so happy to see that we managed to use such different colours for Rotorstorm and Whirl, because I was worried that they might have ended up looking a little too similar.
