A little over a week ago, for shits 'n' giggles, I used the 'Contact Us' feature on the walmart.ca website... I guess I forgot about it as I'd assumed I'd receive no reply.
I basically stated that Jetfire is not available at any of my nearby locations and if possible could I have a rain check for the item to purchase when/if it becomes available.
I received a somewhat cold reply stating, "No, we will not send you any rain check for this particular item and if you want it, it's available on our website for $54.92."
Keep in mind, I was polite as a priest in my inquiry... still, I decided it was best to send an honest reply, pointing out their poor customer service and the fact that if they had read my original message, they'd know the item isn't even on the website.
So, perhaps the sale price is over now? Regardless, they're complete morons.
