I had the same problem on Tuesday, many attempts, even got through to customer service who couldn't make the order with my main credit card, it's an American Express. I've used it before on their site, as recently as July. Tried again later in the afternoon, still didn't work, called Amex and they said there had been no attempts by Toys R Us. I finally used a different card, MasterCard and the order went through.

Perhaps give that a try.

Hopefully, Toys R Us works out whatever issues are going on with their site so none of us will have the payment problem.

I find these higher price point figures sell quick on initial release, but than are very much available for months & months afterwards like Devastator, Fortress Maximus, Trypticon & Predaking. Same pattern seems to be happening for Siege Skyfire.

I've never know the TRU website to take the visa debit cards. TRU is the only reason I got a credit card, never had a problem with my debit card with any other place online since most bank debit cards seem to double as a credit card anymore it seems.

I think it just might be there system right now with respect to the card payment issues.

On a side note, I rarely use my debit card and only exclusively pay for everything on the credit cards especially online to protect against any potential fraud. Credit card companies return the funds immediately if that were to ever happen from my understanding. Plus I'm self employed so it's easier for accounting to track expenses using the credit cards.

I know everyone who ordered will get theirs soon.

By Christmas we can complain about why there is so much Omega Supreme stock on the toy shelves and online, but for now let's enjoy the moment.

1 was spotted and bought at a TRU in Woodbridge, Ontario today. That's the first at brick + mortar stores in these threads I believe.

I was finally able to pick up my Omega from Purolator on Monday (they tried delivering Friday, then it took them til Monday to drop it off at the local depot).

Anyway, great figure overall. He's HUGE! (honestly, I'd rather have had him about 5% smaller overall, but I'll take what I can get so, he's just as awesome as is). And he looks great next to Titan Devestator. There will many a great battle on my shelves between the two. lol
