prebooking for tfcon 2009?

hi,just wondering if theres already a way to prebook for the con in april.(that and wifeys wondering if we prebook does it give you a deal on the hotel room?)i know there might be a way to email or something but i still dont have a clue as to how to use and recieve emails,etc.is there another way?any help would be greatly appreciated!!
