Pick 3 - Can you do it?

You've come into hard times and have no choice but to sell your personal collection to make ends meet.

You've made a decision to keep only 3 pieces which are the heart of your collection that you just can't part with

Which ones do you keep?

Rules: You must own these figures, not wish you owned them. Combiners count as one, some groups count as one like insecticons, dinobots, soundwave and his minions, etc...use your discretion but don't go overboard and say the entire MP line or something like that

Give us reasons too if you want

For me...

1. G1 Astrotrain - my first transformer ever and my favorite triple changer. I love that this has never been reissued in the original toy colours . Makes it that much more special to me

2. Justitoys Dinorobots (Comic Version) - This set is awesome. I just love the chrome treatment and the diaclone swoop. This set is just like the G1 toys but just smaller scale. So compact and so eye catching. Awesome play factor and portable. I just can't stop admiring them

3. Hasbro MP Optimus Prime - It's just such an excellent representation of such an iconic G1 character. The Masterpiece line has really rekindled my love for Transformers because of their size, detail and seamless transformation.

Ok let's here your top 3 That was actually really tough to decide

1. Fansproject Steelcore: The best transforming figure I own.

2. G1 Blitzwing: The only G1 figure I own and love it.

3. Classics Cyclonus: The character has grown on me because of the IDW comics.

Re: Pick 3 - Can you do it?

Right now off the top of my head, MP Grimlock just sweet all round awesome, MP Soundwave, Cassette Man was my first transforming character so I have a soft spot there and last I'll go with FP Steelcore because that sucker will be hard to replace for it's original price.

I'll be back tomorrow with 3 more answers, lol.

Re: Pick 3 - Can you do it?

If I have to pick 3 right now.. I will keep MP04, because it is the true Masterpiece. 2nd I will keep ROTF Leader Prime, it is a good representation of a modern version of Optimus. 3rd, I will keep my ROTF Battleblade Bumblebee just because Optimus will have a company and I am sure everyone will goes "Oh, Bumblebee!" when they look at the only 3 tfs I have on the shelf.

Yah I almost said MP Grimlock as well but I already had some dinobots in my list.

Love the choices so far. Gives me some ideas for some new acquisitions. Maybe search some out at OCC in January. Googling Steelcore right now

Btw, is there a differece between MP-04 and MP-01?

Re: Pick 3 - Can you do it?

I picked MP04 over MP10, just because MP04 has diecast in it and it comes with the trailer. The quality feels more like a Masterpiece, and I dont' need other Masterpiece if I only allow to keep 3 tfs only.
