If you didn't make that request it's like I've been saying all along.

FRAUD.

Someone at Amazon is posing as the buyer and telling them to cancel items. Because they're stealing the product.

I am exceptionally pissed for everybody dealing with this total BS.

Everyone needs to add the instruction
"Customer will not refuse delivery, deliver the package " and screen shot it. I did, hope it helps get the fucking package after getting the first one stolen.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion

at the moment my Ratchet/Lifeline pack is expected to arrive Saturday (this will change though).\

I called customer service as a preventative measure and spoke with a nice lady who I explained the situation. She mentioned they are aware of this and made a note to my order that i won't refuse delivery. She also told me that the expected in stock date for the pack is Nov 18.

I also asked her about Dirge and Ramjet and they're getting stock in from Nov 21-28. So that's some new information there.

Well it's nice to know they're aware of the situation.

When do they arrest the guilty parties and shame them for all time?

Also, if they are expected the 18th why are they charging us two weeks in advance and claiming items are being shipped out?

Although it is good to hear about the Seekers. Really hope we don't have similar problems with them.

Those might get effected too. Problem is with delivery of packages.

I ordered to ship mine to a locker, how can they refuse delivery, other than the courier scamming/stealing.

I've never heard of an Amazon courier stealing though.

No problem! You’re lucky - I ordered mine just after posting the link, and it said I won’t get it till next week
