It says sold by amiami あみあみ for MP-52. They seem to be the only seller on Amazon Japan. Apparently they won't deliver to Canada. I actually preordered MP-52 last October and it was sold by Amazon. Check other sites too, this might still be up for preorder.

I ordered MP-52 from Amazon Japan. They usually stop taking pre orders when they reach their allotment. However, you can check back on or around the release date and you may be able to order it at that time from them.

Taxes and Duties were already calculated in my order. Just like any other Amazon international order.

To be clear, the “import fees” are just taxes. So it’s pretty reasonable to pay taxes without the $10 processing fee Canada post charges.

Ok??? The op asked if they would get charged this when the enters Canada. They wouldn't because they paid it up front at the time of purchase. Amazon Japan doesn't ship through Canada Post, but rather DHL most of the time.
