I get Customs charges on HLJ boxes... RARELY! As opposed to BBTS boxes which get charged 100% of the time... (UUUGH!).
In fact, HLJ is probably the one retailer that I get hit the least with Customs. Though that is entirely just a random chance thing, since that's what Customs is (except with BBTS! Jerks..)
