Try a different Walmart, different manager or TRU for store credit, but do it soon before that stuff goes on Black Fri sale and they give u the sale prices for it.

I also have found that Walmart staff and managers on the phone and with their online store to be alot more amicable...maybe see if they will grant you store credit for that Has Star Wars stuff they sent to you and send you an email with their name and position for you to give to the manager of your local store so they honour the store credit exchange. Tbh you local manager there is just being a t*at and making up rules to prevent helping you...you can tell them that on the phone as well after you ask for a clarification of the policy. Sometimes they will tell u its the local manager's discretion, but if you try another Walmart in person they will likely help. We have one Walmart near where I live that has one staff member who is a complete c*nt, and pushes the manager on duty to not help as well. Its worth the effort I think so you can get at least 50$ back in your pocket for all of this BS. Dont know why Hasbro just didnt send you a WM 60+tax gift card for all of this as well. TRU will also take items for store credit, but their stuff usually goes on sale and they offer u the last sale price.
