someone on kijiji is selling a KO Grimlock as real MP08

If you're talking about the Wukong WK-01 Grimlock, the box is completely different and the Wukong name is stamped on the inner wing where "Tomy" should be. The only other way I know of is by the sprue marks on the head. But unless you have close up pics, this info is not helpful.

The three less than ideal photos don't let me see the wing, or behind the head, and the description is a little lacking.

"Grimlock transformer, made by tomy in year 2009. No box or weapon. Everything is in excellent condition."

I asked them to state outright that its a Masterpiece and not a knockoff. + photos

Unless you have both, how could you know that? there is not just the mold to consider.

The pics of the KO look pretty good, funny how the real one has mold flash on the top of the robot head and the KO doesn't

To expensive for a KO IMO, unless this was supersized?
