Pitney Bowes has two levels of "Delivered."
First it gets delivered to their forwarding centre in the US where they do the customs stuff, and use the package as a soccer ball for a few days before sending it out to the international destination.
Once it arrives in Canada it's picked up by a local courier. Often it's Purolator, but it can be other couriers like Intelcom or maybe CanPar. Lately I've been getting mostly Intelcom. Regardless of who the actual courier company is doing the delivery to your address, PB almost always links out to the Purolator website. It's really stupid. You have to figure out the local courier based on the tracking code.
So first you have to look carefully at all the shipping updates on the Pitney Bowes tracking site, and then follow the tracking number for the Canadian courier, if you can figure out which company it is. Google should help with that.
I hate Pitney Bowes. I hate them so much.
