Oh, just a heads up for anyone trying to redirect it: no space in the postal code. At first, I would get a zoomed-out map of the world with no FedEx depots. It worked when I took the space out (which isn't really our standard). That should be pointed out somewhere on the mobile page.

Sounds good. I got it to work too. I hope it gets delivered to the service point. Last time I tried this with a Pulse order, it showed that I requested it to be dropped off to a pick-up location and they still ended up dropping it at my door. Fingers crossed they don't do that with DS.

I requested that the figure be kept at the local Fedex center. I was able to pick it up yesterday. It is great!

Still not seeing any notice of shipment or anything. I may need to do this delivery manager thing to have FedEx hold onto it if they try delivering while I'm not around.

I got my shipment notice last Thursday and im in Vancouver as well. Hopefully yours comes soon.

Contact Pulse, they'll let you know whether it has been shipped. Fedex seems to be a bit slow with updating shipping too.

Opened a message with Consumer Care saying to have FedEx hold the package locally instead of trying to ship it out this upcoming week. Hopefully it's not too late.

Notice arrived about a hour ago saying its on route and is set to be delivered today. No advanced warning or nothing. Rather strange but I will take it.

This is Pulse we are talking about.

I have had previous Haslabs show up, only to get an email the next day saying my item was on it's way.


I just recently got an email asking how my order (Fire Team 788) was and could I leave a review, and that they hoped I was enjoying my order (it hasn't arrived yet).


And this morning I got my shipping notice for the HISS Haslab which is due to arrive today, according to FedEx.


So getting an email before your item arrives, even if it is only a couple hours ahead, is still a win in my book when dealing with Pulse.

Got 1 of 2 Deathsaurus figures and 1 of 2 Hiss Tanks yesterday. Not sure when I'll get the remaining 2, hopefully soon. I recall this happening with my 2 Unicrons; they were shipped separately. Seems like a waste of resources making 2 trips.
