My discounted order from before christmas (Skullgrin, Pointblank, and Dead-End) is now marked as "Delayed" on the website. Its original estimated arrival date was today.



Meanwhile the Amazon ordered Hot Shot that I got at the same time is now marked as being pushed back to March.


between that and the utter ghost town that all my local stores are, distribution is absolute garbage everywhere at the moment.

I placed two orders during the Walmart sale, a mix of Legacy and Evo Deluxes, and then a second order for some more Legacy Deluxes. All my legacy stuff has been delivered, lasted order came in today, which is great since the local walmarts have barren shelfs.

Hopefully the Evo Deluxes are sooner then the listed March date.

yeah, even the Kingdom deluxes that still linger at my local Walmart are not being heavily discounted.

It seems to be hit or miss again.


I saw a bunch of Legacy, and a very few Kingdom, deluxes yesterday when I hit up a couple of Walmarts.


Some had no discounts, others had some on "clearance" for $19. Even then the ones on clearance seemed to be whatever was left of Kingdom (Paleotrex mostly) and the exclusive repaints of Legacy (Sandstorm, etc). While the regular Legacy deluxes were still full price right beside the clearance versions.

I haven't had Kingdom stuff locally since like maybe June, but they also haven't updated their legacy stock with anything past wave 1 ever (aside from one or two injections of Velocitron that never seemed to include a Cosmos or Scourge and only ever had the one Crasher and Clampdown that I managed to snag and their crush of store-exclusive Beast Wars repaints that nobody wanted because they shelfwarmed FOREVER.)



Of course to be fair their online stock has also generally been garbage with several listings appearing but never actually having stock attached to them.


I'll accept that the pandemic made things more difficult through WFC, but Legacy has been an absolute clown show online and in-store in spite of promises that this is supposed to be the point at which things started getting better.
